The hotel is fairly modern and the staff is friendly. Parking garage is a 10 minute walk away, but is discounted upon request at the front desk. The bathroom is modern and the shower has a rubber padded floor, way cool.
Finding the place is a bit tough with all of the do not enter signs and pedestrian walk ways. Just ignore the pedestrian walk signs and drive down the street next the to municipal building and drop off your bags. Breakfast is ho hum. Rooms with four is a bit cramped.

Right in the centre of Ascoli Piceno. Large bed, very comfortable room, very large spotless bathroom, comfortable relaxing stay, mini bar reasonably priced for much needed bottle of beer! Good selection at breakfast. Enjoyed it very much.
It is a little tricky to find by car. The town is very tiny windy streets. We parked up and I found the hotel on foot, then got directions to the main car park.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money. From the moment we stepped through the door, the staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. The location is ideal - right in the heart of a medieval city that oozes charm. We were able to explore the cobblestone alleyways and soak up the atmosphere at our own pace. The rooms are spacious and bright, with big airy windows that let in plenty of natural light. The attention to detail is evident, from the super comfortable king-sized bed to the hyper-modern designer bathroom with its amazing spa bath. The breakfast served was delicious, with a wide range of high-quality options to choose from.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.

Very nice hotel in a less-touristy town in Italy. High quality for the cost.
There is no parking on site and is about a 10 minute walk to the parking garage.

It was an amazing experience. a Simple but beautifully design hotel in the midle of the town with much to enjoy in Ascoli Pecino. THe staff was more than accomodating. It was quiet and on our trip of two weeks this has been our favorite and huge value for the money.
Parking is most definately a challenge but once the short walk is memorized as well as the location of the parking...truly not a problem at all

We stayed at a lovely hotel located right in the city center down a small alley, with easy walking access to the main tourist spots and a wonderful restaurant in the area. Our double room was neat and clean, with modern facilities and a spa bath that delighted our children, plus a shuttered window overlooking the hotel's quiet patio. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even though we didn't speak the local language, and the breakfast included a good variety of options for our family.
Nothing not too like.

We loved this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the location was amazing and the room was incredibly comfortable.
It was a little expensive but we were pleased with our stay.

Although the beds were comfortable, a quadruple room should contain proper beds for 4 persons, not a real bed for 2 persons and additional field bed(s).
